FAQs

Q:  Do I need to be able to read music?
A:  No - previous experience is not necessary.  We sometimes use musical scores, but we learn everything by ear with any lyrics/musical scores there just as a guide.

Q:
I can't come every week - is that a problem?
A:  Not at all - we are "pay as you go."

Q:  I'm nervous about other people hearing my voice...
A:  You're not alone - this is the top fear of all newbies - please don't worry, you'll be surprised how much more comfortable you'll find it than you think when you are surrounded by plenty of other (very lovely) people and a piano.

Q:  I would like to sing but I don't want to perform - is that OK?
A:  Absolutely fine!  We are a buffet - enjoy the bits you like!

Q:  I totally want to perform! Do you do concerts?
A:  We do indeed! Check out the Members Area for an idea on what kinds of things we get involved in.

Q:  How do I join?
A:  Just turn up... any week in term-times.  No need to book.

Q:  I'd love to join but I can't get to Cadbury Heath...
A:
